Shipping:

Orders over $75.00 will receive free ground shipping or U.S. Postal Service 1st Class. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs of $5 for all orders under $75.00 shipped ground or postal service first class. Orders over $75.00 choosing shipping methods other than ground (Next day or second day air) will pay shipping costs. Most ground shipments arrive in 1-2 business days within Wyoming (based on orders placed by 3:30pm) (Although we cannot guarantee it due to circumstances beyond our control once we release the package to the shipping courier) (U.S.P.S. shipments may arrive on Saturday.) We ship via U.S. Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx. If shipping to PO BOX, the U.S. Postal Service will be utilized.

Refunds:

Our cartridges are guaranteed. Cartridges are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase for six months or until the ink or toner is depleted, whichever occurs first. We stand behind our cartridges. If it is determined that you have a defective cartridge it will be replaced.
